A real estate site that publishes itself.
For a real estate company, we built a professional website and the automation behind it. When a listing's photos land, the site publishes the listing, renders on-brand social images and a short video for it, and posts them to the company's channels. No designer, no scheduling, no copy-paste.

The problem
Every new listing meant a day of manual work before anyone saw it.
Photos came back from the photographer. Someone wrote up the listing, uploaded it to the site, then opened a design tool to make a post, a story, and, if there was time, a video. Then scheduled each one, on each channel. Multiply by every listing, every week.
The old site was a template. Hard to update, slow, and it looked like every other agency's.
What we built
- /01
A professional site that is the source of truth
Listings with search and filters, agent profiles, and lead capture. Fast, indexable, and editable by the team without a developer. Every listing gets a page worth linking to.
- /02
A pipeline that starts when the photos land
Add the photos to a listing and the pipeline takes it from there: it assembles the page from the property details, picks the hero shots, and publishes.
- /03
Social images and a video, per listing
From the same photos it renders on-brand images in every format the channels need (square, portrait, story) and a short video that walks through the property. Templates carry the brand; the pipeline fills them in.
- /04
Posted automatically
Each asset goes out to the company's social accounts on a schedule the team controls, with the caption, the price, and a link back to the listing page. Nothing to copy-paste.

Photos land
The photographer's shots are added to the listing. That's the trigger.
- /02
The listing goes live
Page, price, map, and agent, published on the site, ready to be linked.
- /03
Assets are rendered
Square, portrait, and story images, plus a short vertical video, all from approved templates.
- /04
Posts go out
On schedule, to each channel, with a caption and a link back to the listing.
Rules of the pipeline
Automation only works if the team trusts what goes out.
- /01
Templates, not improvisation
Every image and video comes from templates the team approved. The pipeline fills in photos, price, and details. It doesn't invent the design.
- /02
Review when you want it
The team can approve each post before it goes out, or let listings post on their own. The switch is theirs, per listing.
- /03
The listing page is the source of truth
Posts link back to the listing. Change the price on the site and the next post carries it.
- /04
Fails loudly
If a render fails or a channel rejects a post, the team hears about it. Nothing silently disappears.
Outcome
A listing goes from photos to page, images, video, and posts without anyone opening a design tool.
The team's job is now the part that needs a person: the property, the price, the client. Everything downstream (the page, the assets, the posting) runs on its own, in the company's brand, on every listing.
Who it's for
- /01
Real estate agencies and brokerages with a steady flow of listings.
- /02
Property developers marketing units across several projects.
- /03
Any business whose posts are the same shape every time (new product, new menu, new job) and shouldn't need a designer each time.
Questions
- Does it post to our existing social accounts?
- Yes. The pipeline publishes to the company's own accounts through the platforms' official APIs. You keep the accounts, and you can post manually alongside it.
- Can we review posts before they go out?
- Yes. You can require approval for every post, approve per listing, or let listings post on their own.
- Where does the video come from?
- Each listing gets a short vertical video built from its own photos: motion, captions, price, and branding. No filming required.
- Is it only for real estate?
- No. The same pipeline fits any business that publishes the same kind of thing repeatedly: new products, menus, cars, job openings. Real estate was the first.
- Do we have to replace our website?
- Not necessarily. Here we built the site and the pipeline together, but the pipeline can hang off an existing site or listing feed.
